Dr. Noga Zivan completed her D.Phil at the University of Oxford, Wadham College, in 2007, with research focusing on community relations along international borders, and the impact of macro politics on micro communal networks. Alongside her work in the NGO and philanthropy sectors, Dr. Zivan continues to lecture on topics within her academic and professional field. 

 

Since then, she has worked in senior management roles within the NGO world including as CEO, Director of International Programs, and V-P North America.  She has in-country experience in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America, and particular expertise and interest in minority communities, education, mental health and Jewish pluralism.
